Johannes Mittl was born in Starnberg in 1984. Even before graduation from the Academy for Music and the Performing Arts Stuttgart he worked as a pianist, piano teacher and choirmaster. His first theatre production brought him to Staatstheater Karlsruhe in 2011 where he performed as a keyboarder in “Du must dein Leben ändern”. This was followed by productions at Stadttheater Heilbronn, the JES in Stuttgart as well as the Theater und Orchester Heidelberg.
